Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 72hrs or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order.

Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

For all purchases of ₹999 or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of ₹149 (including GST) will be applicable to all orders under ₹999.

If the order is canceled, lost, or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges if paid online.

Important: As you add more products to your order, the shipping cost per product decreases drastically.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of order is allowed “within 24 or 48 hours of placing the order, or till the status of the order is ‘Processing’ (i.e. before shipment is confirmed), whichever is earlier.”

Refund in case of Cancellation of an order:-

Refunds will be issued to the same ‘bank account/card/wallet/ Rachyati Website wallet’ used for placing the order.

Return Policy

Return requests can be initiated only ‘once per order’ and ‘within 7 days of delivery of the order’, given the following conditions are satisfied:

  1. Product(s) should be unused & unwashed
  2. Tags should be available on the product(s)
  3. Product(s) is/are not purchased at sale/discounted price
  4. Product(s) is/are not custom altered

Refund in case of Return of product(s):

We will provide a reverse pickup facility to the customer. In case, we are not able to provide a reverse pickup facility to the customer, the customer will have to send the parcel back to us and ₹99 will be added to their Refund amount.

Please note that reverse parcel(s) take anywhere from 5-20 days after pickup to reach us. Refund will be processed ONLY after we receive the parcel back and product(s) pass (es) the quality check.

There are two options to receive refunds:-

  • Refund to Account– Refund requested in the same ‘bank account/card/wallet / Rachyati website wallet’ used for placing the order.
    • A Return Fee of ₹149 will be deducted from the product(s) price before refund.
  • Refund to Website Wallet– Refund requested in Rachyati website wallet. This amount will be auto-deducted from the payable amount of any future order on our website.
    • A Return Fee of ₹99 will be deducted from product(s) price before refund.

Exchange Policy

Customers can initiate an exchange for a product or size. Exchange request can be initiated only ‘once per order’ and ‘within 7 days of delivery of the order’, given the following conditions are satisfied:

  1. Product(s) should be unused & unwashed
  2. Tags should be available on the product(s)
  3. Product(s) is/are not purchased in sale/discounted price
  4. Product(s) is/are not custom altered, or

We will provide a reverse pickup facility to the customer. An Exchange Fee of ₹99 will be charged in the exchange order. In case, we are not able to provide a reverse pickup facility to the customer, the customer will have to send the parcel back to us, and charged exchange fee will be canceled or credited to the website wallet.

Size Exchange:-

We take great care in dispatching garments as per the size mentioned in our size charts. For one size alteration, we expect our clients to get the alteration done by themselves as we leave enough margin in our garments to even make them one size bigger.

Custom Tailored Items / Altered Items: – We will not accept returns or exchanges for custom-sized items or items that have been altered in any way.

International Orders: – For international orders, there is no ‘Cancellation / Return / Exchange’ available.

** Note: – International orders may incur additional import charges by a foreign country’s government’s customs / relevant department. Though, usually, there are no import charges for textiles
